What we collect, why, and our legal basis

Project Enquiries: If you send a project brief, we collect your name, work email, optional organisation name, and the brief itself. Purpose: To review your request and reply. Legal Basis: Legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and taking steps prior to entering a contract.

Readiness Check Drafts: The readiness check is scored locally in your browser. If you ask for a draft, your answers and descriptions are sent to our AI processor. Purpose: To generate the requested draft. Legal Basis: Performance of a contract/service at your request.

Analytics & Measurement (Optional): If you opt in, we collect non-identifying data such as your locale, service used, and page views. Purpose: To understand site traffic and measure advertising effectiveness. Legal Basis: Your explicit consent via our cookie banner.

How long we keep your data

Enquiries: Enquiry records are stored temporarily on our secure cloud infrastructure and emailed to our inbox. They expire and are automatically deleted after 30 days. We do not sell your enquiry data or use it for marketing.

Cookie Preferences: Your consent choices are saved locally in your browser for up to 180 days so we can remember your preferences.

Processors used to run the site (Who we share data with)

We use third-party service providers to operate this site. Your data may be transferred to or processed on servers outside of your home country. When this happens, we rely on standard legal safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cloudflare: We use Cloudflare to host our website, temporarily store enquiry routing records, and run the optional draft-generation AI model. The AI drafting endpoint does not permanently store your text.

Google Analytics (Only if you consent): Records page views and privacy-safe events (such as submitting a form). It is configured strictly for standard measurement without ad personalisation. Your name, email, and message text are never sent to Google.

Taboola (Only if you consent): A measurement pixel used strictly to evaluate our advertising efforts.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (such as the EU, UK, or California), you have specific rights regarding your personal data:

Right to Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Right to Rectification: You can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
